Looking for a unique experience that your party guests will remember forever? Experience the joy of live portrait illustrations with my unique service that adds a touch of artistry to weddings and other special events. Great for weddings, birthdays, showers, corporate events and more!

The Details

If you choose to incorporate my services into your special event, I will arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of the event to set up my station. Once I am set up, guests can stop by for me to take their picture and then either return to the party or hang out and watch me work on their portrait. As the portraits are completed, I will lay them out on the table for guests to pick up. Any portraits not picked up by the end of the night will be handed off to a trusted member of the event, and any portraits not completed live will be finished off-sight and delivered to you.

What's included?

Live illustrating for up to 5 hours depending on guest count for the event.
Each painting will be produced on a 5x7 sheet of watercolor paper that will be distributed in a protective plastic covering.
Off-site painting for any portraits not completed during the event.
Free mailing/delivery of any portraits completed off-site.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where are you based?

I am currently based out of Temecula, CA. However, I can happily accommodate events in San Diego county and Riverside county for a small travel fee.

How many portraits will you complete live?

Each portrait of 2-3 people will take me about 12-15 minutes to complete which is about 4-5 portraits per hour.

What about the portraits you are not able to complete live?

Any portraits that are unfinished by the end of the event will be taken home by me to be completed and I will ship or deliver them to you at no additional cost.

What do you need to set up at the event space?

I kindly request that a table and chair be provided at the event space and I will arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of the event to set up. Please make sure this space is either well-lit or has access to an outlet so I can bring lighting.

Can you paint portraits prior to my event or after the event has concluded?

I am happy to complete portraits prior to an event, they can often be used as unique place cards or great party favors. I am also happy to paint portraits after the event, as they can make a great addition to thank you cards! Please submit an inquiry to discuss more.

Pricing

Pricing is dependent on the number of guests that will be attending your event:

30 guests or less & 3 hours of live illustrating	$800
31 - 50 guests & 4 hours of live illustrating	$1,100
50 - 75 guests & 5 hours of live illustrating	$1400
75 - 100 guests & 5 hours of live illustrating	$1800
